For agencies

A key for every client, and the usage report to match.

RichAPI is a GTM data API for agencies that build lists and run outbound for clients. Create a named key for each client, see the credits each key used, and verify every email before it reaches a sequence.

Per-client keys

Why a key per client

When every client runs on one key, someone splits the bill in a spreadsheet at month end. With a key per client, the usage report does it for you: credits by key and by endpoint. You can show a client what their list cost and why.

Keys don't have their own credit limits. All keys draw from one balance, so a large job on one client's key can use up credit meant for another. Check usage per key before a big run.

Billing

Pay for the contacts you can use.

Verify before every send

A bounce hurts your client's sending domain and your renewal. Run email_verifier(2 credits) on every address before it goes into a sequence. If no provider returns a result, the call bills zero. An "invalid" verdict is a result and bills 2 credits: that's the bounce you didn't send.

Lookups that find nothing cost nothing

email_finder (5 credits) and phone_finder(25 credits) try several providers in turn, and a lookup with no result bills zero. If half a client's list has no findable email, you pay for the half that does. The response logs every provider tried, so you can show the client why a contact came back empty.

No seats, no expiry

Credits are prepaid and never expire, so a quiet month doesn't burn budget you already paid for. There are no seats: your whole team works from one account.

How agencies run it

Bulk lists

Send a whole list as one job. The results are posted back to your system when the job finishes.

No-code

The RichAPI node for n8n (a no-code automation tool) uses the same key.
