RichAPI enriches business-context data (professional profiles, company records, work emails) from licensed providers — see /securityfor the full data flow. If you'd like your information removed, here's how.
How it works
How to request removal.
Email privacy@richapi.ai with the profile URL, email address, or other identifier that should be removed.
We honor removal requests and propagate them to caches, per our documented posture at /security.
We don't operate a public people-directory and don't sell or republish bulk datasets — removal here means removal from our own pipeline and cached results, not a claim we control third-party sources.
Suppression
What we keep for suppression.
To honor a removal request going forward, we keep a minimal record of the identifier you asked us to stop processing — enough to recognize and suppress it on future lookups, nothing more.
Acknowledgment and processing timelines are the same as any privacy request — privacy@richapi.aiis the fastest path to a real answer, not a number we'd otherwise be guessing at here.
